    We are saddened to announce the death of Grace Luebke, who made the materials in our Local History Room available to the public.  Mrs. Luebke was ahead of her time in the field of Genealogy and Local History and her enthusiasm and expertise will be greatly missed.

    The Local History Room is named for former Library Director and Local Historian, Grace Luebke.  It was her painstaking research that has made the Harris-Elmore Local History Room one of the best in the area.
